What are my expectations?

We encourage our users to:
- log pain and mood ratings twice per day
- log sleep ratings once per day
- complete daily program sequences in the Today view
- communicate regularly with your Health Coach
- be an active contributor to the weekly Social Discussions
This journey is what you make of it. User who are more engaged are also more likely to experience substantial pain relief.
